DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFCATE AND MEDICAL REPORT

👉🏻Kindly be informed that Certificate of Medical Fitness is not the same as Medical Report.

Certificate of Medical Fitness is compulsorily required in the NYSC camp, while Medical Report is voluntarily (not compulsory)

👉🏻A Certificate of Medical Fitness contains certain prescribed tests. These tests are being prescribed so as to know if a corper is FIT for the 3 weeks orientation camp. It shall been submitted with other necessary documents during camp registrations for documentation and it is the first stage of registration @ the orientation camp.
while a Medical Report does not contain any prescribed test. This report just states and explains the nature of one's ailment(s). Medical Report is not compulsory, it's only required for PCMs who wish to be _redeployed to other states on health ground_ , _exempted from camp_ or _exempted from camp activities_

Medical report is the only way through which one can redeploy during orientation camp. E.g From Gombe state to Oyo state or from delta to kano. It would be required @ a particular point in time for those who wishes to redeploy back to their state of choice to submit the report.
